A Parade of Evasion from Responsibility: Tigran Abrahamyan

The head of the Analytical Center "Henaket" and former advisor to the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Tigran Abrahamyan, has written:

“It is a parade of evasion from responsibility, with no one taking turns. Even those who have officially managed the entire process are trying to save their own skins. Whatever happens, the entire process is not yet over. There is hope to save something, but unfortunately, there is a risk of losing even more. This is evident from the events occurring in Armenia and this state of lawlessness. To save Artsakh, we must first save Armenia.”
