Moscow Intends to Bring Yerevan and Baku to the Negotiation Table as Soon as Possible, Zakharova

Russia intends to use all available opportunities to ensure that the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict return to the negotiation table as soon as possible.

This was announced by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, during her appearance on the Echo of Moscow radio station.

“Russia intends to participate more actively not in the conflict itself, but in the resolution of the conflict. To be honest, I think that Russia is now taking very active steps to resolve it,” said Zakharova.

According to her, Moscow is exploiting all possibilities to regulate the situation so that the parties sit down at the negotiation table for further progress through political and diplomatic means.
