Moscow Does Not Share Ankara's View on Artsakh Issue: No Military Solution Exists
RIA Novosti reports that Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, has stated that there is no military solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and Moscow does not share Ankara's perspective on this issue.
“We have very clearly outlined our approach to the resolution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict. You have probably heard that multiple other statements have been made from Ankara on this matter. I can only reaffirm Russia's position that our country does not support a military solution to this crisis, and we urge both parties to immediately cease hostilities,” Zakharova said.
