VIDEO. Do Not Be Blind: The Artsakh Ombudsman's Urgent Call to the World

The Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, has published a new video message on his Facebook page. The Artsakh Ombudsman emphasizes that there have been witnesses to the latest war crimes committed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh, including the destruction of the building of the music school in Stepanakert and other civilian objects.

"Do not be blind," Beglaryan states, adding that they will fight until the end.
