I Propose That the Prime Minister Call Biden to Congratulate Him and Present the Situation in Artsakh
The final result of the presidential elections in the United States is known: Joe Biden has been elected as the U.S. leader. International relations expert Suren Sargsyan made a post on his Facebook page suggesting that Nikol Pashinyan call Joe Biden and request him to reaffirm Resolution 907.
“I propose that the Prime Minister call Biden, congratulate him, and present the situation in Artsakh. Let them understand the seriousness of the issue. You know how to connect quickly. We must ask Biden to reaffirm his stance on restoring Resolution 907 and not providing military assistance to Azerbaijan. We should welcome the bipartisan efforts of Congress to impose sanctions against Turkey (the political context, he will understand). And one more important thing: Trump is still president until January 20. P.S. Don’t bring the past into the present. The former ones have good experiences and connections working with Biden/Obama and the Democrats. Use them for the sake of the cause,” he wrote.
