Enemy Delivers Non-Targeted Strikes on Residential Areas of Stepanakert: Artsakh Emergency Situations Service

The enemy is delivering non-targeted strikes on residential neighborhoods and public infrastructure, reports the Artsakh Emergency Situations State Service.

“In parallel with the military actions, the enemy continues to destroy peaceful settlements with long-range missiles. In Stepanakert, the air raid alarm has sounded three times in the past hour. The enemy is inflicting non-targeted strikes on residential neighborhoods and public facilities. No casualties have been reported, but the destruction is significant,” stated the report from the Artsakh Emergency Situations State Service.

Artsakh's Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan wrote on his Twitter account that Azerbaijan has launched missile strikes on residential buildings and a music school. “Many other communities have also suffered destruction. There is still no information about casualties,” Beglaryan noted.
