Stepanakert Municipality Urges Residents Not to Panic
The Stepanakert Municipality has issued a statement addressing the city's residents.
“Dear Stepanakert residents, everything is under control by the city authorities. Do not panic. Measures are being taken for security reasons. Stay vigilant and attentive,” the statement reads.
