Staged Video Materials Being Spread to Justify Claims of Poor Conditions in Stepanakert: Political Scientist

Political scientist Saro Saroyan wrote on his Facebook page: "In the last few hours, as expected, a massive attack has been launched to change public sentiment. Certain circles are even spreading staged video materials to justify claims that the situation in Stepanakert is bad, and so on. People, I responsibly inform you that there is no such thing in Stepanakert.

I also state this based on information received from the most important source in Stepanakert right now. Even if I didn’t have that, my analyses based on facts available in open sources were enough for me to assert this. Anyone who speaks about an allegedly extremely dire situation in Artsakh is either spreading misinformation or has succumbed to an information attack, becoming an object of deception. I urge all my friends to resist this information wave by expressing their opinions under any such materials and posts.
