Families of Azerbaijani Soldiers Fighting Against Artsakh Are Left Hungry

Recently, social media has increasingly highlighted the dire situation of the families of Azerbaijani soldiers participating in the aggression against Artsakh. Many soldiers were mobilized spontaneously and simply had no opportunity to provide their families with even minimal conditions.

The same situation applies to volunteers. For example, the Azerbaijani Media.az presents the story of private Shahin Rahimov’s family. He has a wife and five children who are now forced to crowd into a one-room apartment, unable to meet even their basic needs. The Rahimov family was not wealthy in the past; the head of the family was an ordinary worker, and now even all of Azerbaijan is raising funds to feed the children.

Such cases are widespread, indicating that the country is facing not only a political but also a socio-economic crisis.
