Video: Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan's Address
Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan addressed the public from one of the residential neighborhoods of Stepanakert, where today, as a result of Azerbaijani shelling, an elderly woman and her two grandchildren were killed. He issued a new call stating that Azerbaijan and Turkey continue to commit war crimes by targeting the peaceful population of Artsakh.
