Today Our Artillery, Infantry, and Other Units Performed Wonders: Arzrun Hovhannisyan

Fighting has not ceased for about 2 days around the Shushi region. Today and last night, the skirmishes were quite intense on the roads leading to Shushi and in the vicinity. This was reported during a press briefing by the representative of the Ministry of Defense, Arzrun Hovhannisyan.

“If May 8, 1992, is celebrated as the day of the liberation of Shushi, these days will be marked as the day of the defense of Shushi,” noted Hovhannisyan.

The representative of the Ministry of Defense announced that the Gorbagor operation is ongoing. “Today our artillery, infantry, and other units performed wonders. Dozens, if not hundreds, of enemy corpses have been left behind,” he said.
