Hovhannes Movsisyan Recognized as Winner in Public Television Executive Director Competition

The competitive commission for the selection of the executive director of the Public Television Company decided on November 6 to resume the executive director selection process, conducting it remotely and without interviews. This was reported by 1lurer.am.

Thirteen candidates applied to participate in the competition; however, Armen Sarkissian later submitted a request to withdraw his candidacy from the competitive commission.

As a result of the open voting, the commission recognized Hovhannes Movsisyan as the winner among the 12 candidates.

Next week, the board of the Public Broadcaster will make a decision regarding the appointment of Hovhannes Movsisyan as the executive director of the Public Television Company.
