Stepanakert is being shelled periodically. This was reported by the Republic of Artsakh's Emergency Situations Service.

Enemy forces are launching non-targeted missiles towards Stepanakert. Just in the last hour, the air raid alarm has sounded three times in the capital. Currently, there are no reports of casualties.
