Person Arrested for Extorting Money from Relatives of Missing Soldier

A person who extorted money through deception from the relatives of a missing soldier has been arrested, and he has provided a confession. This was announced during a press conference by Vazgen Avetisyan, Deputy Head of the Investigative Department of the National Security Service.

“According to the information I have, there are other individuals affected by his actions. We have urged everyone to contact the National Security Service,” said Avetisyan. He noted that the arrested individual had considerable experience in committing fraud and had previously been convicted multiple times.
