MPs, Go and Sit at the Troop Deployment Areas, See for Yourself What Is Missing: Samson Grigoryan
Businessman Samson Grigoryan addressed the members of the National Assembly on his Facebook page, stating, “MPs, stand up, go, sit at the troop deployment areas, see for yourself what is missing. Write those cursed demands yourselves, receive them, and distribute them yourself. Set a duty schedule, always have one person on site. If someone can’t, assign them to visit the refugees continuously, day by day, and do the same in the rear. But do it organized, and preferably without cameras and parades.
Relevant bodies in Yerevan will deal with the classification and supply of resources to you; what’s done in Yerevan costs a dime as long as there is one unit in need. I have understood that you are ignoring me, I have understood that you have realized what kind of game we will put over your heads after victory. It’s not too late, justify our trust, redeem your sins; by fulfilling your duties you will be more beneficial than playing camouflage-camouflage.”
Facebook user Eliza Arakelyan also commented on the funds allocated for bonuses from the budget, stating, “On this war night, I am worried about our poor, tortured, neglected, unappreciated officials, who work day and night, with the 2021 bonuses. I wonder, dear God, how we are going to pay those people their halal gains with our shattered economy and growing unemployment? There’s quite a bit of money in the fund, can we pay from there?”
