International Community Must Curb Turkish-Azerbaijani Aggression with Practical Measures, Says Artsakh Human Rights Defender

On November 4, a special session of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Netherlands Parliament was held, dedicated to the Azerbaijani-Turkish aggression, with the main guest being Artsakh's Human Rights Defender Artak Beglaryan.

The Human Rights Defender emphasized that the international community has a duty to curb Turkish-Azerbaijani aggression through practical measures, which has led to a serious humanitarian disaster in Artsakh.
