Hospital Targeted Again: Two Civilians Injured, Says Artsakh Ombudsman

The Ombudsman of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, posted on his Twitter account regarding the recent strikes by the adversary, indicating that the attacks on Stepanakert were directed at the Mother and Child Health Center and the residential areas adjacent to the central market.

“The hospital has been targeted again. Two civilians are seriously injured,” Beglaryan stated in his post.

Previously, the Artsakh Emergency Situations Service reported that Azerbaijani-Turkish forces had fired a rocket from a ‘Smersh’ unit towards the Mother and Child Health Center in Stepanakert.
