Araik Harutyunyan Addresses Armenians Temporarily Relocated to Armenia

Dear citizens of Artsakh who have temporarily relocated to the Republic of Armenia,

In this war situation provoked by Azerbaijan against Artsakh, in order to ensure your social and administrative services (such as receiving social payments, document registration, and other services) and various forms of assistance, as per my instruction, the operational headquarters in Yerevan is already carrying out its full activities. This is being coordinated by the Minister of Labor, Social Affairs, and Housing of the Republic of Artsakh, Mikayel Virabyan.

The main office is located in the Shengavit administrative district at 23/1 Garegin Nzhdeh Street. A hotline is available at (010) 59-03-39 or you can also call the short phone number 81-38.

This operational headquarters is closely cooperating with the relevant authorities of the Republic of Armenia to assess and meet the needs of the citizens of the Republic of Artsakh.
