Targeting of Stepanakert Hospital and Neighboring Residential Areas by Enemy Forces: Artsakh Ombudsman

The Artsakh Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan has reported via his Twitter microblog that the recent attacks on Stepanakert by enemy forces were directed at the Mother and Child Health Center and the neighboring residential areas near the central market.

"In this way, the hospital was once again targeted. There are two critically injured civilians," stated the Artsakh Ombudsman.
