President of Artsakh Issues Dismissal Orders and Government Decisions

According to the decrees signed by the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, on November 3, several dismissals have been made. The assistant to the President of Artsakh, Rudik Martirosyan, has been relieved of his duties, along with Deputy Prosecutors General Erik Verdyan and Sasun Gabrielyan, and member of the State Council on Statistics, Armen Soghomonyan.

The powers of Yegishe Arzumanyan, a member of the Central Electoral Commission, have also been prematurely terminated.

The President has also confirmed government decisions whereby Arkadi Soghomonyan has been dismissed from the position of First Deputy Minister of Labor, Social Affairs and Housing, Davit Avanesyan from the position of Deputy Minister of Urban Development, Erik Grigoryan from the position of Chief of Staff at the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture, Gagik Hayrapetyan from the acting Chief of Staff of the State Revenue Committee, and Artak Arstamyan from the Assistant to the Government Affairs Manager of the Presidential Administration.
