Azerbaijan's National Security Service Director Presents General Major Epaulettes to Norayr Mirzoyan at Combat Position

On November 1, 2020, by the decree of the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan, Norayr Boris Mirzoyan, the Deputy Director of the National Security Service of the Republic of Artsakh, was awarded the military rank of General Major.

On November 3, National Security Service Director, Lieutenant General Kamo Agajanyan visited combat positions and, in the presence of NSS personnel, presented General Major epaulettes to Norayr Mirzoyan. The decree from the President was published.

The NSS director expressed gratitude to Norayr Mirzoyan and NSS personnel for their selfless service and dedication, emphasizing that at this critical juncture, the NSS plays a significant role and has honorably completed their assigned combat tasks since the first days of the war.
