The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Zaruhi Batoyan, announced on her Facebook page that Artsakh citizens now have the opportunity to receive their pensions in Armenia both in cash and cashless.
“Efforts are being made in collaboration with our colleagues from the Republic of Artsakh to organize benefits and other payments based on rights, as a result of which these financial resources will soon also be available in Armenia. The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs is working on assessing the social needs of the people from Artsakh to provide them with medium-term support. The needs assessment process will be carried out exclusively by state structures in cooperation with partner organizations,” the minister wrote.
