This aircraft is owned by the Libyan Wings Airlines LWA100 / YL100. This information was shared by Инфотека24 on their Telegram channel.

Following this flight, at approximately 03:10, an Airbus A330-303 passenger plane belonging to Turkish Airlines TK338 / THY8DV was dispatched from Istanbul to Baku. The media suggests that it is highly likely that this flight is transporting terrorists from Libya to Azerbaijan to fight against Armenians in Artsakh.
