Enemy Uses Military Aviation, Grad, and Smerch on Martuni and Martakert

On the night of November 1 and throughout the day, Azerbaijani armed forces continued to fire upon the settlements of Artsakh. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Artsakh.

"The situation, especially in the cities of Martuni and Martakert, as well as in the surrounding communities, is tense. In addition to missiles launched from the 'Grad' and 'Smerch' systems targeting civilian settlements, military aviation is also being employed here. No casualties have been reported. The situation in other settlements is relatively calm," the State Emergency Service stated in their report.
