Army Units Pursue and Eliminate Fleeing Enemy

On November 1, intense battles occurred in the northwestern segment of the Azerbaijani-Armenian frontline between 20:30 and 23:40. In particular, the Azerbaijani side launched an attack with a company-sized force towards two key positions of the Defense Army, which was halted by the Armenian military units through fierce inter-positional fighting. The enemy retreated with significant losses.

The fleeing adversary was blocked in one of the ravines, and Armenian forces continued operations to completely eliminate them with mortar fire.

In the same direction, the enemy launched another attack with a platoon, which was also stopped thanks to timely identification and well-executed actions by the Defense Army. Our units pursued the fleeing enemy and eliminated them.

The operational-tactical situation in this area of the frontline is currently fully under the control of the Defense Army's units.
