Video: Residents of the Parpi Community Provide Soldiers with Essential Supplies

Residents of the Parpi community in the Aragatsotn region are currently supplying soldiers with the most essential items. As they mention, staying home and doing nothing during these times feels like an act of betrayal.

“We are making warm vests, coats, and sleeping bags. You can’t sit comfortably in your home knowing that the kids are doing the impossible at the border. We are trying to keep the home front strong in this way,” said community member Gayane Harutyunyan in an interview with us.

The community residents also emphasized the importance of benefactors living in Moscow and the Netherlands. They note that without their support, it would have been very difficult to bring this initiative to life.
