Syrian Terrorist Captured by 'Hero of Artsakh' Vladimir Balayan's Son with Friends: Presidential Spokesman

A Syrian terrorist was captured today by the legendary commander of the First Artsakh War, 'Hero of Artsakh' Vladimir Balayan's son, Alexey Balayan, along with his friends. This was reported on the Facebook page of the President's spokesperson of Artsakh, Vahram Poghosyan.

According to Poghosyan, the terrorist, identified as Youssef Elaabed Elhaj, was previously moved from the Syrian city of Idlib to Turkey and then to Baku along with a large group. He claims that some of those who came with him have already been martyred. Based on this disarray story, he mentions that the Azerbaijanis and Turks promised a lot of money, but they haven't paid a single penny yet.
