To address the housing issues of those temporarily relocated from Artsakh, it is necessary to contact the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs at the hotline number 114. This was stated by the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, Zarouhi Batoyan, on her Facebook page.

"You can also visit the 'House of Youth' located at 14/1 Nersisyan Street in the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district, where a reception point has been established, operating around the clock, and there are opportunities for overnight stays. No one will be left outside; please do not spread false news and panic," she wrote.
