45 Civilians Killed in Artsakh Due to Azerbaijani Crimes, Ombudsman Reports
According to the results of a fact-finding mission conducted by the Artsakh Human Rights Defender's office, data regarding the consequences of Azerbaijani crimes against the civilian population of Artsakh have been updated since September 27.
As reported by Armenpress, the Ombudsman of Artsakh presented the damages inflicted on the civilian population and objects as of October 31 due to Azerbaijani aggression.
As of October 31, the targeting of civilian settlements by Azerbaijan has resulted in the deaths of a total of 45 civilians, including 1 infant girl, 7 women, and 37 men. Additionally, a total of 141 people have sustained injuries, of which 120 individuals have suffered serious injuries. Among the latter, 101 are male and 19 are female.
A significant material damage has been inflicted on 160 settlements of the Republic of Artsakh, specifically affecting 13,100 private real estate properties, 2,000 private movable properties, and 2,700 infrastructures, including public and industrial facilities.
