VIDEO: Explosion Rocks Russian Hospital
An explosion has rocked a student polyclinic at South Ural State University in Chelyabinsk. This was reported by REN TV.
According to TASS, citing local authorities, the explosion occurred inside the building where oxygen cylinders were stored.
No injuries have been reported as a result of the incident. Patients in the resuscitation department are being provided with oxygen.
