Mnatsakanyan on Use of Phosphorus Munitions by Adversary

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, Zohrab Mnatsakanyan, addressed the issue of the use of phosphorus munitions by Azerbaijan in Artsakh. In his post on Twitter, Mnatsakanyan stated, "This time Azerbaijan has used phosphorus munitions in Artsakh, targeting forests and areas near residential communities where many peaceful civilians reside. What Azerbaijan is doing is a complete disregard for its obligations, ongoing aggression, the destruction of civilian populations, and the use of prohibited weapons."
