Levon Ter-Petrosyan, the first president of Armenia, has issued a statement, in which he says: “Nikol has sent a petition to Vladimir Putin. Putin has responded through the Russian Foreign Ministry. Don't you understand what he said? If you don't understand this either, then woe to us. Putin has candidly and politely said, ‘I am obligated and ready to ensure the complete security of Armenia, but finally understand, I am not the one to resolve the issue of Nagorno-Karabakh on your behalf.’” This is reported by ilur.am.
