One Killed and Six Injured by Enemy Fire in Aknaqboupur Village of Artsakh
The Human Rights Defender of Nagorno-Karabakh, Artak Beglaryan, informed on his Twitter account that as a result of shelling by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces, 60-year-old Sergey Balayan was killed in the village of Aknaqboupur. Additionally, six civilian residents were injured.
