Iran Proposes Nagorno-Karabakh Resolution Plan Involving Russia and Turkey

The Nagorno-Karabakh conflict can be resolved at a regional level with the participation of both Russia and Turkey, stated Abbas Araghchi, special envoy of the Iranian president and deputy foreign minister, in an interview with RIA Novosti.

"The most important aspect of Iran's plan is that it has a regional approach. We can combat this crisis by utilizing a regional perspective and the involvement of countries that have influence in the area. Naturally, Russia is one of the most important countries, and Turkey is also involved," said the Iranian official.
