Human Rights Defenders of Armenia and Artsakh Send Joint Invitations for Visit to Artsakh
In a humanitarian mission, the Human Rights Defender of Armenia, Arman Tatoyan, and the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Artak Beglaryan, have sent invitations to all diplomatic representatives and international organizations accredited in Armenia for a visit to Artsakh.
The joint invitation indicates that the Human Rights Defender of Armenia is willing to personally accompany the visitors to Stepanakert and Shushi and organize their humanitarian mission on-site with the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, guaranteeing their safety and the humanitarian nature of the visit through close coordination with the competent authorities.
The purpose of the invitation is to show all international partners represented in Armenia the atrocities committed by Azerbaijani armed forces against the civilian population, the mass destruction they have inflicted on peaceful settlements, and evidence of the use of prohibited weaponry, among other issues.
The invitation states that this visit aims to demonstrate that the principle of "No one should be left behind the frontline and no right should be disregarded" is not merely a beautiful expression, but an idea created to protect real people in real life.
