Germany will allocate two million euros to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to provide humanitarian assistance to Nagorno-Karabakh. This was announced by Germany's Foreign Minister Heiko Maas, as reported by Times Now.
"The Red Cross, which is currently the only humanitarian organization with access to the conflict-affected region, has requested the international community to provide nine million euros in emergency aid. Germany will allocate two million euros," said Maas.
The minister emphasized that winter is approaching, and Nagorno-Karabakh is facing growing challenges related to food supply.
