Detailed Clarifications Will Be Provided After the Crisis, Says Ter-Petrosyan's Spokesman
Arman Musinyan, the spokesperson for the first President of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan, clarified in an interview with ilur.am the statement made by Prime Minister's spokesperson Mane Gevorgyan regarding the interest of the first and second presidents of Armenia in traveling to Moscow to discuss the situation around Nagorno-Karabakh.
“On October 20, the second and third presidents of Nagorno-Karabakh, Arkadi Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan, informed Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan that the first and second presidents of Armenia, Levon Ter-Petrosyan and Robert Kocharyan, wish to go to Moscow to discuss the situation surrounding Nagorno-Karabakh with representatives of the Russian elite and to propose specific solutions to the Armenian government based on the discussions,” said Mane Gevorgyan.
Arman Musinyan noted: “Our country is currently in a complex wartime situation, and in order to avoid unnecessary misunderstandings and manipulations, we will provide detailed clarifications on this matter only after the crisis is over.”
