Artsakh Has a New Hero: Defense Army
According to a decree by the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, Suren Barseghyan has been awarded the highest title of "Hero of Artsakh" for his exceptional services rendered to the Republic of Artsakh in the defense and security of the homeland, as well as for his bravery and personal courage.
