Yerevan Has Irrefutable Evidence That Turkey is Sending Militants from Syria and Libya to Artsakh: Zohrab Mnatsakanyan
Yerevan has irrefutable evidence that Turkey is sending militants from Syria and Libya to Nagorno-Karabakh. This was stated by Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan in an interview with RIA Novosti.
"There are undeniable factual evidence of the presence of foreign terrorist militants from Syria and Libya, as well as their continuous dispatch by Turkey to the region (Nagorno-Karabakh - ed.). This is confirmed by intelligence data from the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairing countries and reports obtained from the conflict zone," he said.
"Turkey views this conflict as an opportunity to project its influence into yet another neighboring region, the South Caucasus. This policy of using the conflict and causing enormous human suffering to the peoples of the region must be resisted, not encouraged," Mnatsakanyan declared in response to a question about whether Yerevan would agree to Turkey's participation in the negotiations.
