The United States calls on external parties to refrain from interfering in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and to support peaceful negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This was stated by Robert O’Brien, the U.S. National Security Advisor, on his Twitter page.
On October 29, O’Brien had a phone conversation with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. During the conversation, the U.S. presidential advisor emphasized that the conflict does not have a military solution and urged external parties to avoid interference in the conflict, encouraging them to join the United States in returning to negotiations facilitated by the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairmanship.
