Another Missile Strike Heard in Stepanakert at 08:03 - Two Injured

At 8:00 AM in Stepanakert, an air raid alert was announced. This was reported by the Artsakh State Emergency Service.

“At 08:03, the sound of another missile strike was heard. The Azerbaijani forces used a Smerch-type multiple rocket launcher in one of the suburban streets of the capital. One residential house was destroyed, a neighboring building completely collapsed, and one vehicle was damaged. The owner of the house and a neighbor were injured and transported to a medical facility,” the statement said.
