The Defense Army Takes Necessary Measures to Neutralize Any Threats to the People of Artsakh

The Defense Army has repeatedly emphasized its commitment to the ceasefire agreements reached. However, the Azerbaijani side seemingly has a completely different interpretation of these agreements; they appear to interpret them as a permission to target the peaceful residents and infrastructure of Artsakh, and to annihilate the Armenian population of Artsakh. That cannot be the case.
