One Strike from 'Smerch' System Hits Stepanakert; No Casualties Reported
One strike from the 'Smerch' system has hit the capital city of Stepanakert. There are no reported casualties. This was announced by the Artsakh Emergency Situations Service.
Earlier, it became known that the city of Shushi is being shelled with the 'Smerch' multiple rocket launcher system. Among the civilian population, there is one confirmed death and two injuries.
