Most Syrian Mercenaries Refuse to Go to Azerbaijan Despite the Temptation: SOHR
According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR), an additional 300 Syrian mercenaries have been recruited by the Turkish government to fight in Azerbaijan for the Nagorno-Karabakh war; however, difficulties have already arisen in their recruitment.
