Large Number of Casualties Resulting from Targeting of Stepanakert Maternity Hospital: Artsakh Ombudsman

Azerbaijani armed forces have targeted the civilian areas of Stepanakert and Shushi, as well as the maternity hospital in Stepanakert, resulting in a significant number of casualties. Artsakh’s Human Rights Ombudsman Artak Beglaryan stated this on his Twitter account.

"Azerbaijan has targeted the civilian neighborhoods of Stepanakert and Shushi, leading to many casualties and destruction. The central maternity hospital has become one of the targets, sustaining heavy damage. Further details are being investigated," wrote Beglaryan.
