Jalal Harutyunyan Awarded the Title of 'Hero of Artsakh' by the President of Artsakh

I have made the decision to award Lieutenant General Jalal Harutyunyan the highest title of 'Hero of Artsakh' for his exceptional services rendered in the defense and security of the Homeland, as well as for his bravery and personal valor. This was reported by the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Araik Harutyunyan.

'Jalal Harutyunyan is our hero, and by his example, we must raise generations. According to medical reports, Jalal Harutyunyan's health will soon be restored. He is in the recovery phase and will soon join his fellow servicemen. I am confident that the commander's vast experience and knowledge will serve our Homeland for a long time to come,' he wrote.
