Entire Neighborhood Damaged in Stepanakert Due to Enemy Shelling Today

The capital of Artsakh is once again under enemy fire today. It is reminded that the enemy had targeted the Mother and Child Health Care Center, as well as civilian infrastructure and public and economically significant facilities. There are numerous devastations.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that an entire neighborhood in the capital has been damaged. Military aviation was utilized in the strikes. As a result of the shelling, residential buildings and vehicles have either been damaged or completely destroyed.

The State Emergency Service of the Republic of Artsakh has released photos from the shelled Stepanakert today.
