Azerbaijan's Latest Fabrication: In the Name of Artur Hovhannisyan

A false page has been created on Telegram under the name of the Armenian Ministry of Defense. Please do not confuse.

Additionally, Azerbaijani Telegram channels are spreading cheap, false information under the name of the representative of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, Artur Hovhannisyan, stating that Hovhannisyan has declared that all residents of Stepanakert and Shushi must leave the cities.

Do not fall for Azerbaijani provocations; Artur Hovhannisyan has not said such a thing. In response to this, Artur Hovhannisyan wrote, ‘False news is being spread about the cities of Artsakh in my name. Do not believe it.’
