Azerbaijani Man Detained in Moscow for Assaulting People Over Social Media Posts
Today, the police have detained Bayramov Ragib Nizamoğlu, the alleged leader of the 'For the Common People' paramilitary group, and Aghayev Roman Matlaboğlu. Both are charged with hooliganism, according to Readovka.
The investigation is being conducted by the investigative department of the Central Administrative District of the Moscow Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. One of the detainees, journalist Roman Aghayev, is an assistant to a deputy from the 'Just Russia' party.
Until recently, Bayramov was an active member of the National-Cultural Autonomy of Azerbaijanis in Moscow.
