Civilian Casualties Reported in Artsakh Due to Ceasefire Violations, Says Pashinyan

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has stated on his Twitter microblog that he would like to remark on the failure of international efforts, particularly those mediated by the United States, to establish a ceasefire.

“As a result, today in Artsakh, civilians have been killed and wounded due to the continued shelling by Azerbaijan,” he concluded.
